    1. Hi Adrienne, not 100% sure of the cause at this stage but often these errors are when the system loses where it is up to in the process you were attempting. A possible fix: 1. Hit the back button and wait for that page to load, if it doesn’t, keep hitting the back button until you do find a page that loads correctly, 2. Once the page reloads, hit the refresh button so that the system loads it anew, 3. Now again attempt to do what you were initially trying, be it registering or visiting a page or whatever. Hopefully this fixes the issue.
