He has a wealth of experience in technical manufacturing, product development, continuous process improvement and business management frameworks, including customer engagement, risk control and quality management. As comfortable and capable at leading cross functional teams on the shop floor as at the senior leadership table, he has a strong project management background and an applied, holistic understanding of driving growth through targeted strategic thinking.
