Hi Chris,
I just read the article in the The Daily Advertiser about needing factory workers here in Wagga. I work for Kurrajong in the Employment Preparation section where we equip high functioning young people (17 to 25 year olds) with a disability, which most of the time leads onto work placements and paid employment. Have you ever considered employing high functioning young people with disabilities in order to fulfil factory worker shortages? Kurrajong has several businesses which employs people with disabilities in areas such as timber, catering, maintenance, recycling and ewaste. It might be something worth considering. I would like to know your thoughts.
Kind Regards
Toby
